Know Leap Strategies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates JunkMint.com ("JunkMint" or "the Platform"), a proprietary business management software platform. JunkMint supports internal business operations for OK Junk Removal Services, a service business owned by Know Leap Strategies LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with our service.

2. Information We Collect

From staff users:

• Account information: name, email, phone
• Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data: login times, feature usage, job counts

From customers (entered by staff):

• Contact information: name, phone, email, service address
• Job details: service dates, quotes, payment amounts, payment method
• Photos: before/after job photos uploaded by staff
• Signatures: electronic signatures captured during quote acceptance
• SMS consent status: whether the customer has verbally agreed to receive text messages

Automatically collected:

• IP address, browser type, device information
• Error and performance data (via Sentry)
• Page views and analytics (via Google Analytics)

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
• To process payments
• To send transactional emails (receipts, invitations, notices)
• To send transactional SMS messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, crew arrival notifications, post-service thank-you messages)
• To monitor for errors and security issues
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

OK Junk Removal Services sends transactional SMS/text messages via JunkMint to customers who provide explicit verbal consent. These messages are strictly service-related and include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders (day-before)
• Crew arrival notifications
• Post-service thank-you messages

Consent: SMS consent is obtained verbally by OK Junk Removal Services staff during the booking process. Consent is voluntary and not required to receive service. Staff record consent through the JunkMint platform.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on job activity, typically 1-4 messages per job.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message or call 808-536-6075. Reply HELP for assistance.

Delivery: SMS messages are delivered via Telnyx. Phone numbers are shared with Telnyx solely for the purpose of delivering transactional messages. Phone numbers are not shared with any other third party for marketing.

5. JunkMint Terminal Mobile App

JunkMint Terminal is a companion iOS app that enables field crews to accept in-person tap-to-pay card payments using a Stripe M2 Bluetooth card reader.

Information collected by the app:

• Email and password: used for sign-in, stored securely by Supabase
• Payment information: card data is collected by the Stripe M2 hardware reader and processed entirely by Stripe. Card numbers, expiration dates, and CVVs are never stored on the device or our servers
• Payment records: transaction amounts, timestamps, and Stripe payment IDs are recorded for bookkeeping and receipt purposes
• Bluetooth: the app uses Bluetooth to connect to the Stripe M2 card reader. No location data is collected or stored through this permission

The app communicates with JunkMint.com for authentication and payment processing. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted via TLS.

6. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored in PostgreSQL (hosted by Supabase, US West region)
• Photos and files are stored in Supabase Storage with organization-scoped access keys
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
• All data is logically isolated and access-controlled
• Platform administrator access is audit-logged
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt; we never store plaintext passwords

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process data:

• Supabase: database hosting, authentication, file storage
• Vercel: application hosting
• Stripe: payment processing
• Resend: transactional email delivery
• Telnyx: transactional SMS delivery
• Sentry: error monitoring (receives error stack traces, not customer PII)
• Google Analytics: anonymous usage analytics

Each service has its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We select services that maintain industry-standard security practices.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained while the account is active. Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it may be permanently deleted. Audit logs are retained for 1 year. Financial records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

9. Data Responsibility

OK Junk Removal Services is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from customers before entering their data into the Platform and for complying with applicable privacy laws.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of analytics tracking

11. Cookies

The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics which sets its own cookies for usage tracking. No advertising cookies are used.

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
