By accessing or using JunkMint.com ("JunkMint" or "the Platform"), operated by Know Leap Strategies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
JunkMint is a proprietary internal operations platform owned and operated by Know Leap Strategies LLC. It supports customer service communications and business operations for OK Junk Removal Services, a service business owned by Know Leap Strategies LLC. The Platform handles job scheduling, onsite quoting, payment processing, photo documentation, and automated transactional SMS messaging. The Platform is not a consumer-facing marketplace.
Access to the Platform is by invitation only. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account. Unauthorized access must be reported to us promptly.
Customer payments collected through the Platform are processed via Stripe. We are not liable for payment disputes, refunds, or chargebacks.
OK Junk Removal Services sends transactional text messages to customers via JunkMint. Messages are sent only to customers who provide explicit verbal consent. The following transactional message categories are supported:
Message frequency varies, typically 1-4 messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services from OK Junk Removal Services.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from future messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also call 808-536-6075 for SMS support.
OK Junk Removal Services retains ownership of all data entered into the Platform, including customer records, job details, photos, quotes, and payment records. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than providing the Platform service.
All data is logically isolated and access-controlled. Platform administrators may access data only for support purposes, and all such access is audit-logged.
You agree not to:
Photos uploaded through the Platform are stored securely in cloud storage. We do not access, analyze, or share uploaded photos except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform.
Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it may be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
