What is JunkMint?
JunkMint is the internal operations system used by OK Junk Removal Services staff to manage job scheduling, onsite quotes, and payment collection. It is not a consumer-facing website or marketplace. There is no public booking form or sign-up page.
How Customer Phone Numbers Are Collected
Customer phone numbers are collected by our staff during the normal course of business, typically when a customer calls or contacts OK Junk Removal Services to request service. Our dispatcher or field crew enters the customer's name, phone number, and service address into JunkMint.
Customers do not interact with JunkMint directly to provide their phone number. There is no online form, app download, or self-service portal.
How SMS Consent Is Obtained
When a customer contacts OK Junk Removal Services to book a junk removal job, our staff verbally informs the customer that they will receive text messages related to their appointment. The consent exchange follows this workflow:
Verbal Consent Script
"We'd like to send you a text message to confirm your appointment details, and a reminder the day before your scheduled service. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. We will not share your phone number with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Is that okay?"
In-App Phone Number Entry
After receiving verbal consent, our staff enters the customer's phone number into JunkMint. Below is a screenshot of the actual customer creation form as seen by the operator, followed by a representation of the consent text displayed:

By entering a phone number, the operator confirms that the customer has given verbal consent to receive appointment confirmation and reminder text messages from OK Junk Removal Services. What Messages Are Sent
OK Junk Removal Services sends only transactional, service-related text messages. No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are ever sent. Message types include:
- Appointment confirmation: Sent when a job is scheduled. Example: "Hi John, your appointment with OK Junk Removal Services is confirmed for Oct 15 (8 AM - 10 AM) at 99 Nevamine St."
- Day-before reminder: Sent the day before a scheduled appointment. Example: "Reminder from OK Junk Removal Services: your appointment is tomorrow, Oct 15 (8 AM - 10 AM) at 99 Nevamine St."
Message frequency is typically 1-3 messages per job. Message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt Out
Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message
- Calling OK Junk Removal Services directly at 808-536-6075 and asking to be removed from text notifications
Once opted out, no further messages will be sent to that phone number.
SMS Provider
Text messages are delivered via Telnyx. Phone numbers are used solely for sending transactional messages and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
